Thank you for your interest in participating in Oakstock 21 . Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions:

 

  • In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to Oakstock 21. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Oakstock 21  – The Royal Oak Pewsey

 

  • By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to Oakstock 21, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Oakstock 21

Once you have purchased your e-ticket you will receive a wrist band per ticket purchased this will be the only form of entry authorisation and must be worn at all times.

 

  1. This wristband is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
  2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
  3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
  4. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser. Should the Oakstock 21 be prevented from taking place a deferral or refund will be available.
  5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
  6. No alcohol, soft drinks ( other than bottled water) or food to be brought to Oakstock 21 from outside. All items will be seized
  7. Under no circumstances is any controlled  drug to be used or brough into Oakstock 21.
  8. Anyone found with controlled drug will immediately be required to leave with out refund or any recourse.
  9. Bag searches in relation to items six and seven above may be conducted.
  10. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
  11. This ticket has been created and managed using the royaloakpewsey site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of royaloakpewsey
  12. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Royal Oak Pewsey is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Royal Oak Pewsey on 01672 563462.
  13. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
  14. There will be no refunds for latecomers. Doors open at 1230hrs.
  15. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
  16. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
  17. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
  18. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
  19. This ticket entitles the patron to one coupon. Tickets can be exchanged for coupons at the box office on the day of the event.
  20. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
  21. DISCLAIMER
  22. You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that a it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.
  23. BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
  24. Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
  25. PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS
  26. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: The Promoter will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.
  27. UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS
  28. Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the Event Promoter, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Event Promoter's trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to the Event Promoter’s consent.
  29. PERFORMERS/ARTISTS/ACTS/PLAYERS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
  30. Performers, Artists, Acts, Players are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act, player or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or cancelled and the event still occurs.
  31. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
  32. All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged.
  33. RAIN OR SHINE
  34. Unless otherwise determined by the specific event promoter, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
  35. CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS
  36. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If a refund is issued, then the Promoter will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund.

    Customer Service typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. Customer Service is not obligated to issue a refund except to the extent that the promoter, team or venue responsible for bringing you the event (1) instructs us to issue a refund, and (2) provides us with the ticket funds necessary to issue refunds. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, team's or venue's discretion.
  37. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  38. You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
